Coaching is a solution-oriented counselling process aimed at achieving goals. The coach helps the client find their own solutions and implement them. Depending on the situation, appropriate methods from systemic coaching are utilized.
The goal of systemic coaching is to enable conscious self-development through joint reflection, thereby initiating self-driven change.
At the beginning, there is a desire for individual support in dealing with changes, reorientation, conflicts, or other personal or professional challenges.
In team coaching, the focus is on initiating and shaping sustainable change processes within the team, starting cross-departmental projects, or collaboratively developing strategies with the team. Cultural aspects in intercultural teams can also be important components of the coaching process.
In the so-called initial consultation, the introduction, contact establishment, and joint agreement on the next steps take place. This initial consultation (usually conducted over the phone) is free of charge.
In the first coaching session, we begin by clarifying the initial situation, discussing the specific concern, and jointly defining the current state (As-Is) and the desired goal (To-Be).
For team coaching, we also agree during the initial consultation on the approach, the participants, and the planned interval for the sessions.
After setting partial goals, further coaching sessions follow, during which we use systemic methods to discuss your own change processes, options for self-driven solutions, and suitable measures for implementation.
The number of coaching sessions required to address all topics is entirely up to you as the client. Typically, depending on the complexity of the topic, one to five coaching sessions are needed. For team coaching, one to five sessions are also recommended.
