Stephan Schynowski is Managing Partner of SMS Coaching PartG, successfully founded in 2012. He is fluent in German (native speaker) and English.
After completing his studies in Technical Business Administration, he began his career as a management consultant, supporting medium-sized companies with product launches, sales strategies, and process optimization. He then moved to the IT industry, working in sales, marketing, and service teams at an international software company and a successful German SaaS start-up.
In 2003, Stephan Schynowski took on his first leadership role as a Sales Manager, managing teams and employees across various locations, including intercultural and virtual teams. During this time, he gained extensive experience in people management, coaching and training, particularly in sales management, conflict resolution, and organizational change processes.
In 2012, he completed a training as a systemic coach, expanding his practical expertise with structured methodologies. His international experience and curiosity about different cultures are evident in both his professional work and personal travels.
In his consulting, coaching, and training, Stephan Schynowski combines practical relevance, clarity, and goal orientation, always maintaining a respectful approach to each individual’s unique situation. Whether focusing on individuals, team training, or strategic advisory for organizational change, his expertise covers sales and marketing strategies, go-to-market planning, and digital transformation projects.
With empathy and pragmatism, he supports his clients in recognizing and seizing opportunities in transformation processes.
